If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us straight away and we will endeavour to solve your issue as quick as possible. We charge a standard fee of £6.80 for all shipping, which is normally guaranteed for a next day delivery if the order is placed before 2pm on the day of Purchase. At present we cannot guarantee that you will receive your purchase the next day due to COVID-19. We have chosen this shipping fee so our products get to you our customer as quick as possible due to the delicate and hygiene nature surrounding food products.

The majority of our products come in packaging and has the ingredients and food information displayed on the packaging. Please if you have any allergies, make sure you visit the products website to view the contents. We have listed several links on our allergy page in the footer of our website that you can visit. All our Pick & Mix products are carefully stored and we use gloves and scoops to transfer these products into sealed bags to avoid any cross contamination.
