DELIVERIES

 

We aim to have your deliveries shipped on the same day if ordered before 2pm, if not all deliveries after this time will be carried over to the next day.

If you have not received your item or you are unhappy in any way with the item you have purchased please contact us straight away at info@graciessweettreats.co.uk and you will receive a reply within 48hrs.

Our standard delivery cost is £6.80 at present with Royal Mail, but this service and delivery cost can be changed at anytime.

Gracies Sweet Treats will make sure that when your product leaves our premises it will be in pristine condition and packaged to a high standard to keep your products intact. Gracies Sweet Treats are not responsible for the couriers we use or how the couriers transport your products. Please contact us regarding any issues you face with the courier service we use.

RETURNS

​

Refunds are at the companies discretion, and due to food products not being fit for resale from one consumer to another WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Any returned items will be disposed of straight away. We suggest if you receive a product you are unhappy with for any reason, please send us an email at info@graciessweettreats.co.uk outlining your concerns, and attach a couple of photos to your email to support your claim.
